CENTRO DE INVESTIGACIONES DRAMATICAS (CID): es un núcleo de investigación dependiente de la Facultad de Arte de la UNCentro que desarrolla la doble tarea de producir y reflexionar sobre el hecho teatral, articulando tanto la práctica artística como la actividad académica para la producción de conocimientos desde el arte y para el arte, intentando fortalecer el vinculo entre uno y otro ámbito. En cuanto a sus principios se orienta a la indagación sobre la relación entre fenómeno artístico y producción de conocimiento, sobre los mecanismos internos que hacen de los fenómenos artísticos un objeto único y particular, al mismo tiempo vinculado a los procesos sociales y a los modelos estéticos.
